Bruce & Co is delighted to announce the sale of Comrie Post Office in Perth and Kinross, which accepted a suitable offer within just 4 months on the market.
The successful Post Office and store is busy all year round and offers a wide variety of services and products. It has been run by the current proprietors since 2007 and has increased trade year on year.
The shop stocks an extensive range of newspapers and magazines, confectionary, greetings cards, toys, gifts and stationery and party supplies and has a National Lottery terminal. The post office area has a local tourist information point with a variety of books, maps and leaflets. There is also a photocopier and Kodak photo printing service and the sale included 5 bedroom owners’ accommodation.
