Greenwood Interiors Ltd. offers both the rental, and the sale of real and artificial plants for offices in the Aberdeen area. The business also has a service function – servicing both rental and sold planters.
The business was established in 2002 by our clients – Mr and Mrs Davis. The business has since enjoyed much success in winning, and retaining, business from larger competitors within the Aberdeenshire area. The business is highly lucrative, enjoying impressive levels of turnover – especially during the Christmas period when demand for hiring Christmas trees is immense.
Following careful consideration, the business was brought to the market due to the clients’ wish to retire and relocate abroad to California. Once on the market the business attracted high notes of interest, with five impressive viewings. Following 2 offers being received, the business was sold to Mr Stewart for £140,000. Mr Stewart already has experience in running his own business but, in order to ensure the he can take control of the business efficiently, our clients have agreed to help him settle into the business, and provide necessary training to ensure a smooth takeover and running.
