Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of the formerly running Levens Restaurant based in Edinburgh. The business, which was being offered on a leasehold basis, had been run by the vendors Mrs Tong and Mrs Knight since 2008. The premises had undergone complete refurbishment under their care, and was only brought to the market due to their other business commitments.
Initially offering Thai fusion fare for up to 60 guests, the property incorporates a traditionally terraced lock up unit set over two levels. The business came well equipped with a fully fitted commercial kitchen and WC facilities.
Following an impressive 13 viewings, the business was sold to Mr and Mrs Malfino, who were looking to extend their existing current business setting in Edinburgh. Mrs Malfino comments “I think Bruce & Co. dealt with the sale very well, and would recommend them to anyone!”
