Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of a long established fish and chip shop situated in Dunfermline, Fife.
Alari’s has been under the same ownership since the 1920’s, and has since, developed an excellent reputation for providing delicious food to eat in or take out. The vendor, Mr Alari, only decided to bring the business to the market due to his wish to retire.
Following 3 viewings, the freehold business was sold to Mr Broome. Jayne Adamson, Sales Manager at Bruce & Co. comments “I am very pleased to have come to the end of a successful sale completion.
