Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of the Gourock Butcher; a well-established family butcher, bakery and take away business situated in Gourock, Renfrewshire.
Occupying a corner end terraced position over a ground floor level; the business came well equipped with a preparation area, large walk in chill and ample storage.
The Gourock Butcher was sold to Ms Rosi Mele on a freehold basis. Sale completion took just 2 months.
