Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of Island Store; a freehold convenience store situated in Berwick-Upon-Tweed, Borders.
The business had been under the ownership of the vendor, Mr Watson, for over 23 years. He only decided to place the convenience store on the market due to his wish to retire.
