The Plough Inn was purchased by the vendor, Mr Boyd, 7 years ago and he decided to sell due to other business commitments.
The business incorporates 4 letting rooms. This was not being utilised however, and so there is scope for the new owner to start letting the rooms to create additional income.
The sale also came with an owner’s accommodation located above the business premises; creating the perfect setting for family living space with minimal work.
