Bruce & Co. are pleased to announce the sale of the Hungry Bite; a well-appointed takeaway business located in Clydebank, Dunbartonshire.
Purchased by the vendor Mr Gaffney over 4 years ago, he decided to offer the business for sale due to other business interests. The Hungry Bite generated income from a popular food menu, along with some convenience items, and provided the opportunity for a new owner to take over a well-established business, but with scope to expand and develop.
Occupying the ground floor of a terraced building, the shop floor came well designed with a kitchen and preparation area, as well as a storage area.
The business was sold to Mr Strachan following 2 viewings, on a leasehold basis.
As a result of the sale, Mr Gaffney has been able to acquire a restaurant business which he is to run. He states “I am extremely happy with the service I received from Bruce & Co.”
