The business was placed on the market by Mr and Mrs Henderson due to their wish to retire, after looking after the business for 10 years. Under their care, the guest house was awarded a Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor, and has received fantastic reviews from previous guests on a multitude of online hotel booking websites.
The guest house comprises of a charming detached property, with an elegant interior and spectacular views – thereby making the sale an attractive business prospect. The sale also included a 2 bedroom owner’s accommodation.
The sale of The Tables Guest House generated impressive levels of interest, and following 9 viewings, was sold to Janet Farrell and Stuart Wilson on a freehold basis.
Mrs Henderson has since thanked Bruce & Co. for their help in selling their business, allowing them to be able to retire.
