Hunters Quay Stores was placed on the market by the confidential vendor due to retirement, and remained under their for the past 15 years. The business offered a unique business opportunity by further offering a laundrette service.
The property comprises of a traditional lock up unit, and the main shop came well fitted with all the facilities needed to run a business of this nature.
The sale generated 4 viewings and 3 offers, before being sold to a private buyer on a freehold basis.
