This highly visible and imposing shop has been trading well, and benefits from its location just off the main (A50) commuter road within the popular area of Longton, Stoke-on-Trent. A stone’s throw from a local primary school, in a densely populated residential and commercial area, the business attracts high levels of local and passing trade.
Following 10 viewings and 4 offers, the business was sold to a first-time buyer with previous experience in retail. They were attracted to this venture thanks in no small part to its excellent location.
The vendor, Mr Eric Rix, has operated the business for a number of years, and had built up a loyal customer base and established strong relationships with the local community. He only decided to sell due to his wish to retire.
