Kings Business Transfer are delighted to announce the sale of Giovanni’s Fish Bar in Aberdare, Mid Glamorgan.
The business was acquired by a first time buyer, Mr Ali Cheraghi, whose background is in the fast food sector. The popular fish and chip shop comprises of a highly visible, three storey premises which is fitted to a high standard throughout, with an extensive range of valuable catering equipment. The vendor, Mr Paul Costanza, decided to place the business on the market due to his wish to retire.
The business generated strong levels of interest with 6 viewings, before being sold to the buyer on a leasehold basis. Mr Costanza comments: “The service received from Kings Business Transfer was very good. They were most helpful throughout the sales process”
