Kings Business Transfer are delighted to announce the sale of Supawash; a popular laundrette business located in Teignmouth, Devon.
The sale provided an opportunity to acquire a well-established and well respected business within a local community – complete with a spacious 3-bedroom owner’s accommodation set above the shop itself. The business had been established for over 40 years and was run by the vendor, Mrs Sullman, for the last 16 years. The laundrette was offered for sale due to the vendor seeking a lifestyle change.
Following 3 viewings and 2 offers, the laundrette was sold to first time buyer, Mrs Glenn, on a leasehold basis. The price of the business, the location, the accommodation and the lifestyle opportunity were cited as the key features which attracted the buyer to the business.
Now that the sale has completed, Mrs Sullman plans to take some time and consider her next venture.
