Redwoods Dowling Kerr is delighted to announce the sale of a renowned cattery located in Bradwell, Norfolk.
The sale of Pet Chalet presented an ideal lifestyle opportunity to acquire a successful business which generates excellent income, yet with many growth opportunities.
The cattery has been successfully trading since the 1940s, and was operated under the care of Mr. Barber for the past 15 years. Licensed for 14 cats, the business has over the years, built up an enviable reputation with a loyal customer base which further benefits from word of mouth recommendations. The business was placed on the market due to Mr Barber’s other business interests.
The sale also came with a three bedroom detached chalet, presented in an immaculate condition.
Following 3 viewings, the business was sold to the first-time buyer, Mr. Burgess, on a freehold basis.
