Redwoods Dowling Kerr are pleased to announce the sale of Absolutely Purrfect, a stunning and well-established cattery in Beverley, East Yorkshire
The sale came with a superb four bedroom detached family home. Currently licensed for 80 cats, Absolutely Purrfect has generated impressive levels of turnover. The cattery is based in a peaceful rural location with extensive grounds and is very accessible. The convenience and accessibility of the cattery has ensured regular repeat custom from the locality as well as from neighbouring towns and villages.
The vendors, Mr Mike Miller and Ms Maggie Evans, decided to sell the business due to retirement.
After 12 viewings, Absolutely Purrfect was purchased by Mr Phil and Mrs Kelly Stow, first time buyers who wanted a change in lifestyle to spend more time with their young daughter, and each other.
