Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Brook Hill Nursery in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
A delightful detached children’s day nursery, complete with purpose built baby unit, Brook Hill represented a great opportunity for an ambitious operator. Currently registered for 30 children, the nursery operates from a convenient and accessible location in South Yorkshire and has the potential for further expansion. The nursery has a tremendous reputation in the local area, thanks in no small part to the work of the experienced and dedicated management team.
Following 11 viewings, the business was sold to experienced nursery buyers Alpha Nurseries Ltd. Brook Hill is just the latest in a long line of businesses Alpha Nurseries have acquired through Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

The vendor, Mr Green, had only decided to sell the nursery due to retirement.
