The cattery was designed by the vendor herself, for 18 cats, and consists of 9 UPVC chalets, UPVC isolation and 3 holding units – all of which provide a stress free environment overlooking the garden.
Following 3 viewings and 1 offer, the cattery was sold on a freehold basis for £360,000 to Mr and Mrs Robson. Sale completion took 5 months, which is slightly longer than usual, but was due to the buyers needing to sell their property in order to part fund the acquisition of Cosy Cats.
Mr and Mrs Robson are both first time buyers, who felt that this business could give them a good change in direction.
