Cricket Montessori Sold in Middlesex

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Cricket Montessori in Middlesex.

The business was established by the vendor, Mrs Marilyn Bruni, in 1990 and has been trading from the current site since 2003.

The setting enjoys a wonderful position near to a substantial catchment of residential properties in an affluent and well renowned area within Harrow. The nursery operates from a spacious property benefitting from full use of the local school grounds, making this an ideal place for children to learn and play.

The nursery is presented in good condition throughout, with a vast array of learning equipment which has been built up over many years. Given the amount of traditional Montessori equipment, the business has a wonderful reputation with Ofsted when it comes to providing special educational needs.

Cricket Montessori generated excellent levels of interest, and following 12 viewings, the setting was acquired by first time buyers, Mr and Mrs Dattani. Mrs Dattani is a qualified teacher, and therefore has plenty of valuable experience within childcare and education. Mr Dattani has since thanked Redwoods Dowling Kerr, and Senior Sales Negotiator, Sarah Ellison, for their help with their first nursery transaction, and has stated that they are looking forward to managing their first setting.

Sarah Ellison from Redwoods Dowling Kerr comments: “The vendor was very pleased to accept an offer after the nursery only being on the market for four weeks. I am delighted this has now come to a successful completion. I wish Nish & Bhavna Dattani every success in the future.”
