edwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Lambeth Walk Day Nursery in London. The nursery occupies the ground floor of a substantial development of flats which were built around 1960.
Established by the vendors Mr and Mrs Istrate in 1997; the childcare business has built up an excellent reputation for offering quality care. For this reason, the business generated extensive levels of interest. Following 17 viewings, the nursery was acquired by first time buyer Mr Ayling. Even though a first time buyer, Mr Ayling has valuable experience within the sector, being an Area Manager for a group of nurseries.
