Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Fort View Day Nursery situated in Devon. The nursery was acquired by Mama Bears; a family run childcare organisation with a portfolio of successfully running nurseries based in the South West.
The leasehold nursery was initially operated by Mrs May. After 15 years’ ownership, Mrs May decided to sell the nursery to pursue a change in career.
The nursery comprises of a detached bungalow, set within large grounds with a private car park and private driveway. The property also came with a large outdoor play area; fully equipped with the highest quality equipment.
Mrs May has expressed her contentment with the service provided by Redwoods Dowling Kerr in selling her business. She commented “I couldn’t recommend Redwoods Dowling Kerr enough… I felt supported and updated throughout some tough periods. Mr and Mrs Driffield, who own Mama Bears, have thanked Redwoods Dowling Kerr for their hard work, and have expressed that they are very pleased to have secured their 5th setting in Devon, totalling to 21 settings in total.
