Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Wivenhoe Montessori located in Essex.
The leasehold childcare setting was operated by the confidential vendor since 2001, and under her care, the nursery has developed an excellent reputation within the local community – evident by the ‘outstanding’ Ofsted rating.
The pre-school enjoys a wonderful position near to a substantial catchment area of residential properties and operates from a spacious, single storey building – providing an ideal place for all children to learn and play. This location has been considered to offer a unique advantage over local competition.
The sale generated strong levels of interest, and following6 viewings and 3 offers, the business was acquired by an experienced operator, Mrs Jo Callaghan, who operates another setting, and does charity work setting up groups of day nurseries.
