The vendors, Mr. Martin & Mrs. Sue Smith, decided to place the nursery on the market due to other business interests, therefore presented an exciting opportunity for a buyer to acquire a charming nursery with a bright future.
Within a month of the business being on the market, Young Explorers Childcare (Etruria) Limited had received two offers. It was then sold to established nursery group Alpha Nurseries Limited, who were attracted to this opportunity thanks to the excellent location and good size of the nursery. Their ever-growing portfolio of nurseries has been bolstered with this addition, and they are continuing to seek opportunities to expand. This sale represents Alpha Nurseries Limited’s 13th acquisition through Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
