The vendor, Mrs Mary Leaman, had run The Well House Guest House for 27 years before she placed the business on the market through Bruce & Co., as she wished to retire and spend more time with her family.
Following 19 viewings, the business was sold to a private, first-time buyer with a background in the hospitality industry. The Well House’s convenient location was a major pull factor in bringing the buyer to their new business.
