The business had been run under the ownership of the vendor for 19 years and has traded over the years as a heritage center, farm shop, café/restaurant and most recently with ‘Wigwam’ camping cabins. These cabins trade with good occupancy levels, and the sale represented the opportunity for a re-brand of the business and the opportunity to substantially increase the turnover by re-opening the café/shop.
The business is situated in beautifully maintained landscaped grounds with a patio area to the front with picnic benches, overlooking the village of Tarbert.
Following 10 viewings, the private vendor sold to Mr. Danny Bolger and Mrs. Giorgia Mariani, the deal completing just two months after an offer was made.
