A first-time buyer is “enjoying every minute” in his new business venture, after the sale of The Coffee Den, an excellent town centre café and coffee shop in Telford, Shropshire.
The Coffee Den was placed on the market through Kings Business and the deal was completed just two months after Mr. Christopher Cope made an offer on the popular, locally supported business.
The well-established business has a well-presented 16 cover dining area and boasts a very high footfall thanks to its convenient location. Well known in Telford for its superb home cooked food and warm service, the sale of The Coffee Den presented a striking opportunity for an ambitious new owner to take the business to the next level. The vendor had only placed the business on the market due to personal reasons.
