Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of the Crown Hotel, an excellent town centre hotel in Lockerbie, Dumfries & Galloway.
The Crown Hotel has 6 en-suite letting rooms and a 40 cover restaurant, a bar area and a spacious beer garden. Presented in walk-in condition, the sale of this hotel represented the opportunity for a buyer to acquire an extremely busy business that trades throughout the year and boasts a good mix of accommodation, food, and wet sales. The Crown Hotel enjoys healthy local support, as well as a good number of tourist visitors every year.
The vendors had operated the business since 2009, only deciding to place the business on the market due to their wish to retire.
Following a number of viewings, The Crown Hotel was sold to a private, experienced buyer, Galloway who was attracted to the business thanks largely to its excellent location.
