A thriving seaside fish and chip shop and cafe in Devon has found a new owner, thanks to Kings Business.
The Cod Father in Kingsbridge, Devon, represented the opportunity to acquire a popular lifestyle business, set in a superb location, that enjoys tourist trade as well as significant local support. The business is a traditional fish and chip shop featuring a café with a 30 cover seating area. The Cod Father has been in the area for over 80 years and has benefited from significant investment on behalf of the vendor, who decided to place the business on the market due to their wish to retire.
Following a number of viewings, the business was sold to Mrs. Theo Vasiliou, who has previous experience in running a fish and chip business.
