A children’s author has expressed her thanks to Redwoods Dowling Kerr for their assistance in helping to sell Maidenhall Nursery School in Suffolk to a first-time buyer.
Maidenhall Nursery School, located in Ipswich, is a beautifully appointed detached day nursery registered for 71 children. It boasts a truly enviable reputation within the locality for the quality of childcare provided and an excellent location in an established residential setting. The nursery came highly sought after, and following a number of viewings was sold to first-time buyer Mrs. Kate Peartree.
The vendor, Mrs. Ruth Fitzgerald, had owned the nursery since 2004 and decided to place it on the market in order to concentrate on her career as a children’s author.
