An experienced nursery operative has made their third purchase through Redwoods Dowling Kerr, with the acquisition of a superb leasehold Nursery (Appleton Day Nursery).
Mrs. Charanjit Kang, who is still actively looking for more opportunities with which to expand her portfolio, purchased the nursery registered for 56 children based in Nottinghamshire.
Following 12 viewings, the business was sold to Mrs. Kang from vendors Gary and Clair Terzza, who had decided to place Appleton Day Nursery on the market due to their wish to pursue other business interests.
Mrs. Kang said: “As we are increasing our portfolio of nurseries, we find it really helpful to have support from RDK. We have been able to call Sarah and Karina when there have been a few hiccups along the way. They have been able to promptly move things forward, they have the ability to discuss and negotiate with all parties and we were able to resolve quite a few issues along the way.
