The Bungalow Day Nursery, a specialist day care provider, has been acquired by L & G Childcare Ltd located in Denton, Greater Manchester.
The vendors Mr. and Mrs. Hooper have successfully operated in the locality for 28 years and have earned a truly enviable reputation for providing quality childcare. Mr. and Mrs. Hooper previously sold another nursery through RDK in 2016 and returned to sell The Bungalow Day Nursery in 2017.
The vendors decided to sell the business due to their wish to downsize their setting portfolio.
Having been presented with two outstanding offers they opted to sell to Mr. Kirkwood owner of L & G Childcare Ltd. Mr. Kirkwood was attracted to the business because of its excellent location and has stated his intention to mould the business into their ethos and enhance the quality of care for future parents and children.
