Without Barriers Ltd, a specialist supported living provider operating from two sites in Melton Mowbray, has been acquired by National Care Group Ltd in a deal brokered by healthcare sector specialists Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
The Vendor, Kevin Ward, had developed the business over five years, gaining an excellent reputation within the locality as a first-class supported living provider with consistently high occupancy levels.
Having been presented by three offers by RDK, Mr Ward opted to sell to National Care Group in a deal slightly in excess of the original asking price and is now looking forward to enjoying his retirement in Cyprus.
New owners National Care Group have a wealth of experience in the provision of supported care services and have purchased previously through RDK in November 2016. The Group intend to maintain the current service standards of Without Barriers Ltd and will continue to serve the local community to the same high standards.
