Redwoods Dowling Kerr are pleased to announce the sale of Roughcote Hall Farm, ideally situated in the semi-rural location set amongst farmland and extensive gardens in Northern Staffordshire.
Roughcote Hall Farm, established by current vendor Mrs. Pointon over 30 years ago. The business offers excellent standards of care to eight registered residents with learning disabilities. Demonstrating an excellent trading record with historically high occupancy levels, made this sale unique and an attractive opportunity to any potential purchaser.
Mrs. Pointon decided to offer Roughcote for sale due to her wish to retire. Redwoods Dowling Kerr presented Mrs. Pointon with two offers, the successful one coming from Mr. Pereplotchik. This was his second purchase through RDK, he was originally attracted to the sector due to its realistic pricing and high demand for care. Mr. Pereplotchik was interested in Roughcote as he could see the huge potential it had to offer and the possibility to increase bed numbers. Future plans for the business are to continue to evolve the company just as the previous owners did.
