The Ochil Fudge Pantry, a specialist producer of quality confectionery, has been sold by leading Scottish business broker Bruce & Co.
Vendor Mrs. Flemming had run the business since 2010, growing it with an engaging marketing approach that included “fudge money”, a loyalty scheme rewarding customers for social media shares.
Mrs. Flemming decided to place the business on the market due to her wish to pursue other interests. Having been presented with two offers from Bruce & Co Mrs. Fleming opted to sell to an experienced buyer from the food industry.
