The vendors decided to place the business on the market due to their wish to retire. Redwoods Dowling Kerr presented the vendors with multiple viewings and a successful offer. Mr. Assaduzzaman the first time buyer, was attracted to Chambers Mount for its successful profitable earnings, he plans to increase the turnover and profits even further. Mr. Assaduzzaman has experience in the property management industry and became attracted to the growing industry and potential opportunities.
