Farnham Royal Montessori Sold to Wise Owls Club Limited
Redwoods Dowling Kerr is thrilled to announce the sale of the day-care nursery, Farnham Royal Montessori in Slough, Buckinghamshire.
Redwoods Dowling Kerr was contacted by, Mrs. Rochelle Anderson who wanted to discuss the sale of her day-care business. Mrs. Anderson wanted to continue her own journey of learning, and as a result, she decided to undertake her Master’s qualification. This decision ultimately meant that she could no longer manage her day-care business, which resulted in her choice to place Farnham Royal on the market.
Redwoods Dowling Kerr secured a huge number of viewings for Farnham Royal, as it proved to be very popular, generating an impressive 15 viewings from interested parties. This resulted in four offers being put forward for the charming day-care setting. The successful offer came from experienced childcare group, Wise Owls Club, who were looking to expand their portfolio.
Wise Owls Club have been operating successfully in the childcare sector for over 14 years and wanted to continue expanding their portfolio, which led to the decision to purchase Farnham Royal Montessori. Wise Owls Club were drawn to the business because of its promising location, stellar reputation and the fact that the nursery had been running successfully for over 20 years. The new owner has expressed their intention of continuing the success of this nursery by planning to get to know the staff and parents in the coming months.
Registered for up to 20 children between the ages of two to five, the nursery is situated in the local village hall. The nursery is well presented with a vibrant and colourful décor, that helps create a stimulating environment for the children. The well-equipped nursery offers various play activities and educational resources such as a; well equipped Montessori room, activity room, outside store, kitchen and additional toilet facilities. Externally there is a secure outdoor play area that offers a variety of learning environments with plenty of parking spaces available.
