The vendor, Diane McNair, decided it was time to hang up her pool cue and retire. She called on licensed and leisure sales specialists, Bruce & Co, and within only a few months they introduced serious, competitive bidders and secured a sale to a corporate buyer for a premium price substantially higher than the asking price. Diane can now look forward to a long and happy retirement, comfortable in the knowledge that the new owners will continue to drive the business forward to new heights.
