Redwoods Dowling Kerr is delighted to announce the sale of Nicky Noo Nursery Ltd in Birmingham. The nursery was sold to ambitious first-time buyers who have a passion for childcare and over fifteen years’ experience working in the public sector with children and young people.
Miss Lewis first got in touch with Redwoods Dowling Kerr over two years ago when she approached them as a buyer, she had a flawless experience during this time and as a result, decided she wanted to work with them again. This time round Mrs Lewis wanted to discuss the sale of her nursery, Nicky Noo Nursery Ltd.
After spending years building and developing an excellent business with a stellar reputation in the local community, Miss Lewis wanted to pass on her legacy to a like-minded, passionate, quality childcare provider who would be able to continue building on her success.
Redwoods Dowling Kerr was confident that the business would generate a healthy amount of interest, as the nursery was well-established, with a fantastic reputation and situated in an ideal location with easy access to commuter routes.
As predicted the nursery received interest from a number of different parties, resulting in multiple offers being put forward for the business. A testament to the fantastic opportunity it represented.
Ultimately the accepted offer came from Mr and Mrs Obhi. Miss Lewis was delighted to find buyers who clearly had a passion for the industry and ambitious plans to grow the nursery. The buyers were also thrilled to begin their journey with the acquisition of an established nursery, with a strong reputation situated in the heart of Birmingham.
Nicky Noo offers the highest quality of childcare and is situated in a densely populated area with easy access to and from main roads and public transport links. As a result, the nursery has had long-standing success which looks set to continue. The new owners plan to build on the success of the nursery and expand their reach and reputation in the coming years.
