After spending years building and developing an excellent business, Mr and Mrs James wanted to pass on their legacy to a like-minded, passionate, quality childcare provider who would be able to continue building on their success.
Redwoods Dowling Kerr was confident that the business would generate a healthy amount of interest, as the nursery was well-established, with a fantastic reputation and situated in an ideal location with easy access to commuter routes.
As predicted the nursery received numerous interest from a number of different parties, resulting in a final offer being put forward for the business from Mr and Mrs Vahed. A testament to the fantastic opportunity it represented.
The accepted offer came from first-time buyers, Mr and Mrs Vahed who have previous experience of managing nurseries. Mr and Mrs James were delighted to find buyers who clearly had a passion for the industry and ambitious plans to grow the nursery. The buyers were also thrilled to begin their journey with the acquisition of an established nursery, with a strong reputation situated in the heart of Gloucester.
Mountlands Day Nursery offers the highest quality of childcare and is situated in a densely populated area with easy access to and from main roads and public transport links. As a result, the nursery has had long-standing success which looks set to continue.
