Redwoods Dowling Kerr secured multiple viewings for the pair of nurseries, which resulted in several offers being put forward for the charming day-care settings. In the end, the successful offer came from an ambitious couple, Mr and Mrs Ahilan, who were looking to expand their portfolio to include an investment in childcare.
The pair of nurseries operates within a densely populated residential area of Kent, with both settings situated in proximity to main commuter routes. The local train station provides a regular service to London Victoria during peak times.
The business was originally established 20 years ago when the first nursery was opened and has traded from the current premises ever since. The business expanded 14 years ago with the purchase of the second nursery. The business has an excellent reputation and loyal members of staff, who have been in the business for a long time.
