Bargain Booze Franchise in Leicestershire

A first-time buyer is enjoying their new business venture after the sale of a Bargain Booze franchise in Glenfield, Leicester.

Situated on a prominent main road in a thriving suburb of Leicester, the convenience store was snapped up by Mr Sharmila Sivanesan after recognising great potential in the business.

The buyer was one of twelve individuals to make an offer on the business after twenty-seven viewings, citing both the price and location as the factors in his decision to purchase. The highly-lucrative Bargain Booze franchise is situated on a prominent main road in a densely-populated suburb of the city, making it an ideal location for passing and repeat custom.

Vendor, Mr William Power thanked Adam Hussain of Kings, commenting:

“Many thanks to Adam for helping to coax each of the parties to eventually follow the desired path in what was to be a complicated agreement. You demonstrated your very resourceful attributes. Indeed, I believe we both benefited from the experience of what was far from a straight-forward transaction.

“As an accountant, I have personally experienced both an acquisition and a disposal of a business on a much greater scale but with far less complication. Nevertheless, with your tireless efforts and enthusiasm, you represented my interests very satisfactorily.”

Negotiator, Adam Hussain said:

“It was with the pure determination of both parties that made this sale successful and I wish both parties all the best for the future.”
