A first-time buyer is enjoying their new business venture after the sale of a Bargain Booze franchise in Glenfield, Leicester.
Situated on a prominent main road in a thriving suburb of Leicester, the convenience store was snapped up by Mr Sharmila Sivanesan after recognising great potential in the business.
The buyer was one of twelve individuals to make an offer on the business after twenty-seven viewings, citing both the price and location as the factors in his decision to purchase. The highly-lucrative Bargain Booze franchise is situated on a prominent main road in a densely-populated suburb of the city, making it an ideal location for passing and repeat custom.
Vendor, Mr William Power thanked Adam Hussain of Kings, commenting:
