Specialist business brokers, Kings Business have completed a sale of an independent residential letting agency operating in the Merseyside and Cheshire area.
Having owned and operated Simply Rent for 25 years, Mr David Smith decided it was time to retire and put his highly-respected letting agency, which he runs from home, on the market. Kings were happy to step up to the task and found two prospective buyers for the vendor, resulting in two prospective offers.
Corporate buyer Russell Ashford was successful in his bid for the business and is looking forward to the development potential.
In a statement, buyer Mr Ashford said:

Negotiator, Adam Husain commented on the smooth transaction, saying:
