Having operated Aberdulais Family Fayre for four years, the vendor, Mr Kenneth Hughes, is now seeking semi-retirement after receiving 6 viewings and 1 offer through Kings.
The offer came from first-time buyers, Mr Andrew Shurmer and Miss Helen Rees, who now intend to build on the success of the business.
Citing the location of the store as one of the factors that persuaded them to purchase, buyer, Mr Andrew Shurmer said:

Offering a diverse selection of products for sale, including convenience foods, alcohol, tobacco and newspapers, the store is served well by its central location on a residential estate.
