A well-established café has found a new owner after being put on the market by Kings.
Having owned and operated the Café at Redscar Industrial Estate for 2 years, vendor Mr R Jacobs, decided to sell his business to pursue other interests.
Kings were happy to step up to the task, securing four viewings and one successful offer for the business.
The successful bid came from first-time buyer Mr C Bunkell who was persuaded to purchase after dealing with Kings previously. He now hopes to build on the success of the business.
Situated on the busy Redscar Industrial Estate near Preston, the cafe enjoys a loyal customer base with trade coming from a variety of passing and repeat customers.
