Early Learning Childcare in Manchester Sold

Early Learning Childcare, Manchester

An ambitious couple, with a background in finance and childcare, are enjoying their new business venture after the sale of Early Learning Childcare in Manchester.

First-time buyers Mr Otoru Briggs and Mrs Lara Briggs decided to purchase the “outstanding”, Ofsted-accredited, nursery after falling in love with its location.

Mrs Lara Briggs, who has experience working in a nursery, now hopes to take the setting to the next level.

Situated on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre, the setting has operated under the expertise of Vicki Bradshaw for many years. As a result, Early Learning Childcare enjoys regular referrals and recommendations, providing quality childcare for up to 65 children, between 3 months to 5 years-of-age. Ms Bradshaw is now looking to retire from the sector but leaves the nursery in the hands of Mr & Mrs Briggs.

The popular leasehold nursery received 6 viewings and 2 individual offers after being put on the market by the UK’s leading childcare business broker, Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Citing the potential offered as one of the factors that persuaded them to purchase, Mr Otoru Briggs said:

“The experience with Redwoods Dowling Kerr was great, they took hold of the management of the transaction and the assistance was always good. The level of service was exactly what I expected, it never dropped below standard and I felt Natasha always had the time to listen to my needs and took on my best interests in getting the transaction through.

“I am satisfied to have got the purchase completed and would always recommend Redwoods Dowling Kerr so much so I am already looking for my second setting through them!”

Sales negotiator, Natasha Satterthwaite, said:

“I would like to extend my congratulations to both Vicki on her retirement and Otoru and Lara on their new investment.

“We all worked tirelessly hard getting this to completion and I’m so pleased to say we got there.

“I hope Vicki enjoys her break and wish Otoru and Lara the best of luck in continuing the success and maximising the potential Early Learning Childcare has to offer.”
