An animal-loving couple are enjoying their new business venture after purchasing a kennel and cattery through Redwoods Dowling Kerr on a freehold basis.
Honeysuckle Cottage in Wrangle, Lincolnshire was snapped up by Warren Gadd and Tracey Crook after they fell in love with the semi-rural location of the business.
The first-time buyers are now looking to build on its success by developing it under a fresh ethos.
Honeysuckle Cottage is registered for 35 dogs and 20 cats and comes with the sale of a beautifully-presented 3-bedroom detached family home and 4 acres of land.
Having successfully operated in the village of Wrangle, Lincolnshire for 30 years, the business enjoys a truly enviable reputation for the level of service provided. The business also boats a wide-reaching clientele with customers travelling from all over the Boston area.
Sales negotiator Ryan Eastham said:
“It was a pleasure to be a part of the sale of Honeysuckle Cottage. Despite having issues with the chain, we managed to achieve and complete on the sale due to the determination from Warren and Tracey to source a new buyer for their property and for the vendors who had the confidence to wait for them to do so.
“I believe Warren and Tracey will continue to develop the Kennels and Cattery enabling the business to grow from strength to strength and continue with its outstanding reputation. I wish the purchasers all the best with their first business and I hope the sellers enjoy their retirement.”
