Having recently been refurbished, the fish and chip shop received considerable interest with 6 viewings and 1 successful offer.
The successful offer came from experienced buyer Elaine Joannou who is now looking to build on the success of the business. Having owned several fish and chip shops in the Chesterfield area previously, Elaine was attracted to both the location and potential of The Mermaid Fish Bar.
