A satisfied client is enjoying her latest business venture after acquiring two children’s day nurseries in the North East, in a deal brokered by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
The first setting is York House Day Nursery which is registered for 60 children and occupies a convenient and accessible position in the popular market town of Bishop Auckland in County Durham.
The second setting is Green Tree Day Nursery which is registered for 50 children and is situated in Old Benwell Village, a quiet yet accessible residential district of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Both nurseries enjoy excellent reputations for the quality of childcare provided and are rated as ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
The sale marks the second time Mrs Jennifer Romcke has worked with Redwoods Dowling Kerr, having previously acquired Daisy Chain in Hull through them in August.
The vendor, Mr David Hirst, is now looking forward to retirement.
