Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Beach House Day Nursery in Rhyl, North Wales.
Beach House Day Nursery is a family-run children’s day nursery and separate out-of-school club that has operated under Mrs Helen Thomas for over 10 years.
The business has now been acquired by Mrs Louise Mccabe-Allen, an experienced operator who already owns a nursery in the Rhyl area.
Beach House Day Nursery has earned a truly enviable reputation for the quality of childcare provided, enjoying historically high levels of occupancy and regular referrals and recommendations.
The Beach House Day Nursery is registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales to provide quality care for 42 children aged 3 months to 8-years-old.
A separate out-of-school club operates under the “The Beach House Fun Club” and is conveniently located on the periphery of Rhyl town centre. This part of the setting has capacity for 48 children aged 2 to 11-years-old.
Mrs Louise Mccabe-Allen is now looking to incorporate the entire business under a fresh ethos, bringing it line with her setting, Clwb Y Ddraig Goch.
Commenting on the corporate sales process, Mrs Helen Thomas said:
“The service provided by Sarah Ellison at Redwoods Dowling Kerr was excellent. She was professional, helpful and friendly throughout the sale. Thank you for all your help.”
Senior sales negotiator Sarah Ellison said:
“Beach House Day Nursery came to the market at the end of July and was viewed, under offer and completed within 16 weeks; the sale taking 8 weeks to complete once offered.
“When Helen Thomas met Louise Mccabe-Allen , she knew instantly this was the buyer for her. Louise is passionate, driven and experienced in the childcare sector, having her own local successful setting.
“Both parties where a pleasure to deal with and we wish Helen all the best with her family and Louise many years of success with her new business venture.”
