Kings Business Brokers are delighted to announce the sale of Premier Junction, a popular off license and convenience store in Truro, Cornwall.
Having operated Premier Junction for 9 years, vendor Jonathan Brown is now looking to retire.
The off license and convenience store was acquired by corporate buyer Douglas Brown, who was attracted to the location of the business.
Occupying a prime high street location, Premier Junction enjoyed sales of more than £1m in 2017, a majority of which were alcohol and sweets.
The convenience store also offers tobacco, lottery, PayPoint and a host of household goods including fresh and frozen food, cards and newspapers.
