Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Deane Playgroup in Bolton.
The charming children’s day nursery was acquired by Mr & Mrs Berry of Humpty Dumpty’s Nursery in Darwen, Lancashire. The sale marks their second acquisition and their most recent to be facilitated by leading childcare broker, Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Deane Playgroup is a ‘Good’ setting with capacity for 36 children aged 2 to 5-years-old. The setting enjoys historically high levels of occupancy and regular referrals and recommendations.
